Limited Warranty

Micalen 1-Year Limited Warranty for Devices

Micalen warrants that all Micalen® devices (“Products”) purchased through Micalen or from an authorized seller will be free from manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of purchase or date of delivery (if later than the date of purchase). Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to Products that were purchased from Micalen or a Micalen authorized seller in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Micalen reserves the right to reject warranty claims for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.

This warranty does not cover any defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence. The warranty is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.

This warranty is based off the serial # found on the device. Therefore, it is not necessary to register your warranty.

For warranty questions or concerns, please email info@micalen.com. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase or provide other information to assist Micalen in processing your request. You are required to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA #) from one of our customer support specialists and return your Product to Micalen using the pre-paid label provided by Micalen. Products that are the subject of a warranty claim should not be returned without a valid RMA #. Please clearly write the RMA # on the front of the package, preferably near the shipping label. Micalen will repair or replace a defective Product that is covered by this warranty.

There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein.

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE APPLICABLE TO PRODUCTS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL Micalen BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES BASED UPON BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR STRICT LIABILITY. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
