Micalen guarantees the availability of parts, services, and repairs for up to 10 years following the discontinuation of any of our laser hair growth device models. For repairs or to purchase replacement parts, please email info@Micalen.com.
Warranty:
We strive to provide the highest quality in the manufacturing of our laser devices. The devices come with a 1-year limited warranty. If your Micalen® device is not functioning properly, you may need to send it back to be repaired or replaced by our warranty department.
If your Micalen® device is within the warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge. If the device is outside the warranty period, please contact a Micalen representative for assistance.

Before returning your device for repair, please contact our customer support team for troubleshooting with the device, power cord, and cradle available.
Warranty Registration:
All Micalen® devices purchased through Micalen International or an authorized seller include a 1-year limited warranty. Warranty coverage is based on the serial number located on the device.

Out of warranty devices:
Once a device is out of warranty, Micalen can continue to service it through our Out-of-Warranty Program. To begin, please email info@Micalen.com
Once the case is established, the device must be sent to our corporate headquarters for a complete evaluation. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receipt, our engineers will assess the device and determine whether it is repairable. If the device is eligible for repair, the following fees will apply:
All U.S. and international customers are responsible for shipping the device to the corporate office in the United States at their own expense.

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why all Micalen laser hair growth devices purchased directly from Micalen through Micalen.com are backed by a 6-month money-back guarantee.
Products purchased through authorized retailers, distributors, or third-party marketplaces (including Amazon) are subject to the return policies of the original place of purchase and are not eligible for the Micalen money-back guarantee.
Shipping and handling fees on orders placed are non-refundable.You will be required to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization and pay for the return shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

When returning your Micalen® laser device, please include the RMA # (given to you by a Micalen representative) on the front of the package.
When shipping your Micalen® laser device, it is a good idea to obtain a tracking # from the courier service for your records. This will allow you to see when your package was received by Micalen .
Once returned, please allow up to 7-10 business days for the issuance of a refund. Once outside of the 6-month period, you may no longer return the device.
The 6-month money back guarantee is effective from the date of original purchase. Micalen reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, require that you return the product at issue to Micalen at your cost, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Micalen concludes that the purchaser has abused the Guarantee. Micalen may amend or terminate the Guarantee at any time without notice.

Refund will be issued within 5 days of receipt of unused portion of hair care products.
